For me your recent emails (on feedback, intentions, values) are as painfully concrete as "for-loops" may be for others ;) I like the way you organise thoughts on complex issues and translate them from "feelings" to "concepts". For example, the way we look for a perfect match while interviewing candidates. My priority is to share specific, individual feedback with each and every candidate I talk to during a recruitment process. It is so much easier for people to accept a message regarding their test score or English level, than regarding the "culture fit" (explained by communication skills, engagement, curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to sharing knowledge, etc.). However, for me, the latter are those who weigh more and have the power to change the decision.
